 Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy
We will only guarantee reservations that are secured with a deposit.
GARDEN SUITE A 50% deposit is required when you make your reservation. A refund is available if not less than 30 days notice is received.
With less than 30 days prior notice, we will attempt to take other reservations. If we fill the space, we will refund the deposit, less any losses.
UPSTAIRS ROOMS Same as above at 25%
Extenuating circumstances are an exception, at our discretion. A $10.00 administration fee will apply to all cancellations.
